Booking Appointments

Appointments can be made via telephone, email, or through our online booking system when available.

A valid credit/debit card is required to secure all appointments.

New clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to their first treatment.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

 

Deposits & Prepayments

A 50% deposit is required for all treatments and package on booking. Full payment at the salon on the day off the appointmnet

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations and rescheduling requests.

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the treatment price.

No-shows will be charged the full treatment price.

For treatment packages, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will result in forfeiture of that session.

 

Late Arrivals

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork.

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to accommodate our schedule.

Treatment fees remain the same regardless of reduced treatment time due to late arrival.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment and will be subject to our cancellation policy.

 

Treatment Packages

Treatment packages are non-transferable to other clients.

Package sessions must be used within 3 -10 months from the date of purchase.

Unused sessions expire after the 6-month validity period with no refund.

 

Refund PolicyTreatment

Packages are non-refundable once purchased.

Individual treatments that have not yet been performed may be eligible for a refund at management's discretion, subject to a 25% administration fee.

In exceptional circumstances, such as medical conditions preventing treatment (with valid documentation), store credit may be offered for unused sessions.
